盐酸胺碘酮片对老年冠心病合并心律失常患者血流动力学的影响

目的 分析对老年冠心病合并心律失常患者采用盐酸胺碘酮片进行治疗的临床疗效,并观察其对患者血流动力学造成的影响.方法 收集本院收治的冠心病合并心律失常的60例老年患者,将所有患者随机分成两组:对照组30例患者,施行常规临床治疗;研究组30例患者,在对照组的治疗基础上加用盐酸胺碘酮片进行治疗.观察及比较两组患者的临床治疗效果与血流动力学指标变化.结果 研究组患者治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组(96.67％ vs.76.67％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与治疗前相比,两组患者的各项血流动力学指标均有显著降低,其中又以研究组更为显著(P＜0.05).结论 盐酸胺碘酮片不仅能够有效提高冠心病合并心律失常患者的临床疗效,且能够有效改善患者的血流动力学指标.

Influence of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets on hemodynamics in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicating by arrhythmia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of amiodarone hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicating by arrhythmia,and to observe its influence on hemodynamics of patients.Methods 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicating by arrhythmia in our hospital were collected,and randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in control group received clinical routine treatment,while 30 patients in study group received amiodarone hydrochloride tablets treatment on the basis of the treatment in control group.Then,clinical treatment effect and hemodynamic parameters changes of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (96.67％ vs.76.67％;P＜0.05),hemodynamic parameters of two groups after treatment significantly reduced,those of study group reduced more significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone hydrochloride tablets can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease complicating by arrhythmia,and hemodynamic parameters.
