| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CT对创伤性湿肺诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法 回顾性分析了51例创伤性湿肺病人的CT资料，观察其CT征象。结果 CT表现为：(1)肺血管影增浓、增粗、模糊15例；(2)肺实质内散在斑点状、小片状稍高密度灶24例；(3)呈磨砂玻璃改变的云雾状稍高密度灶(即“面纱征”)19例；(4)大片状或呈叶、段分布的高密度灶20例。结论 CT可为创伤性湿肺早期诊断、制定治疗方案及观察疗效提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of CT to traumatic wet lung.Methods CT features of 51 cases of traumatic wet lung were retrospectively analyzed.Results The CT features of wet lung were:(1) thickening,roughening and blurring of the shadow of pulmonary blood vessels in 15 cases;(2) scattered mottling,small patchy slight high density foci in pulmonary parenchyma in 24 cases;(3) slight high density with ground glass like cloudy shadow in 19 cases;and(4)high density foci with large patchy in segmental distribution in 20 cases.Conclusions CT offers a reliable basis for early diagnosis,protocol making and therapeutic evaluation of traumatic wet lung. |
