桡动脉压缩设备的临床应用及护理观察

目的：探讨经桡动脉路径行冠脉介入治疗后应用桡动脉压缩设备（TRBand）止血效果及护理观察。方法：比较经桡动脉路径行冠脉介入治疗后应用TRBand和应用低过敏弹性粘贴固定绷带（优力舒）包扎两种止血方法术后患者并发症发生率及护士护理工作时数差异。结果：应用TRBand止血组患者术后并发症发生率及护士护理工作时数明显低于优力舒组，P〈0.001，有极显著差异。结论：经桡动脉路径行冠脉介入治疗后应用TRBand止血，可精确地控制止血压力和确保足够的静脉血液回流，明显减少患者的痛苦及护士的护理工作量，安全有效，方便易行。

Clinical application and nurse observation of TR Band

ObjectiveTo investigate the nurse care and efficacy of TR Band on hemostasis after interventional therapy of coronary by radial artery.Methods:57 patients were treated with TR Band or URGO STRAPPING after coronary interventional procedures.Compared the differences about complication of the patients and workload of nurses between control group and treated group.Results:Suffering of patients and workload of nurses between control group and treated group were all significantly different(P<0.001).Conclusion:Using TR Band to hemostasis after interventional therapy of coronary by radial artery,can control pressure of hemostasis accurately and ensure enough venous reflux,decrease suffering of patients and workload of nurses,is safety and effective,convenient andsimple.
