摘    要:目的:观察雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)蛋白及其mRNA在正常组、睾丸切除组和睾丸切除后睾酮替代组大鼠心内神经节的表达及其是否受雄激素的影响。方法:免疫组织化学和原位杂交。结果:三组大鼠心内神经节均存在AR阳性神经细胞,与正常对照组相比,睾丸切除组大鼠心内神经节AR阳性神经细胞数目明显减少,表达明显降低;睾酮替代后AR反应性上升并恢复至正常对照组水平。结论:心房后壁心内神经节存在AR,并且受雄激素调节。

Abstract:Objective: To identify the expression of androgen receptor(AR) protein and ARmRNA in the intracardiac ganglion,and if they are affected by androgen. Methods: By using immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization techniques,the immunoreactivity of AR protein and its mRNAs were measured in intact male rats,orchidectomized rats and orchidectomized rats treated with testosterone at 3-4 months of age. Results: AR and ARmRNA immunoreactive (AR-IR) cells were presented in the intracardiac ganglia of three groups;the number of the AR-IR cells decreased remarkably and their expression reduced obviously in the intracardiac ganglia of orchidectomized rats;and the immunoreactivity of AR was up-regulated significantly in response to testosterone replacement. There were significant differences among orchidectomy group,the control group and testosterone replacement group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: AR protein and mRNA were presented in the intracardiac ganglia of rats and they were affected by androgen.
