| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)在卵巢肿瘤组织中的表达和临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测56份卵巢癌,19份良性卵巢肿瘤和17份正常卵巢组织中ET-1的表达。结果ET-1在卵巢肿瘤中的表达明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),在卵巢癌中的表达明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤(P<0.05),但和卵巢癌的病理类型及病理分级、临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论ET-1和卵巢肿瘤的发生有关系。
