| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨贲门癌经胃左动脉药物灌注治疗的疗效。方法：收集27例贲门癌经胃左动脉药物灌注治疗结果分析。结果：经胃左动脉药物灌注后临床症状缓解明显，缓解率98．2％。贲门部肿块缩小89．9％。1年生存率92．5％，2年生存率70．3％，3年生存率48.1％。灌注后主要并发症胃出血4例．占14．8％。结论：贲门癌经胃左动脉药物灌注治疗是一种行之有效的方法。
