川芎嗪注射液对家兔失血性休克的作用

为了检查川芎嗪注射液对失血性休克的作用,失血性休克家免于输回血后分别静脉输入不同剂量的川芎嗪注射液。结果表明,休克状态下和对照组相较,输入0.1ml/kg的川芎嗪注射液可改善外周血流但不降低血压,减少血管内液外移;输入0.2ml/kg的川芎嗪注射液虽使外周血流有所改善,但使血压降低。

Therapeutic effect of tetramethylpyrazine injection on hemorrhagic shock in rabbits

In order to examine the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on hemorrhagic shock, three groups of rabbits were bled to BP 40mmHg, maintained for 1 hr and the shed blood was then reinfused. Group 1 was infused with tetramethylpyrazine injection (0.1ml/kg)in normal saline (35ml/kg). Group 2 was infused with 0.2ml/kg tetramethylpyrazine injection in normal saline (35ml/kg). Group 3 was infused with normal saline only. Systemic blood pressure and the blood flow at the end of dorsal aorta were observed and dry/wet weight ratio of lung and gut was measured. The results of three groups were compared with each others. The results showed that infusion of 0.1ml/kg tetramethylpyrazine into hemorrhagic shock rabbit improved peripheral blood flow and did not depress blood pressure, decreased the transfer, of intravascular fluid into interstitial space.
