| Abstract: | The article made a retrospective analysis on the construction and management of military health equipment in the 11th five-year-pan.The main problems mainly included stressing supply but despising management,training and repairing.The author also put forward some suggestion,which included managing equipment according to laws,using equipment scientifically,training strickly. |
