鸡冠花对衰老动物模型作用的研究

摘    要:目的:本课题通过动物实验和抗氧化指标的测定,探讨鸡冠花对机体抗衰老作用及机理。方法:随机将小鼠分为对照组和鸡冠花高、中、低剂量组。每组20只,雌雄各半用D-半乳糖皮下注射建立衰老模型,同时施加鸡冠花,连续周。结果:施加鸡冠花各实验组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)的活性及总抗氧化能力均较对照组增强(P<0.05),而脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)含量较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:鸡冠花具有抗衰老作用其机理与其抗自由基有关。此实验结果为鸡冠花作为抗衰老保健食品和饮料提供了科学的实验依据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti-aging effect and mechanism of Flos Celosiae Cristatae on body through animal experiment and the determination of antioxidant standard; Method: Devide the test mice into three groups with small, medium and large doses of Flos Celosiae Cristatae at a random sample. 40 mice, half male and half female, were tested by giving the mice subcutaneous injection with D-galactose to form a aging model and adding Flos Celosiae Cristatae for successive 6 months. Result: The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and the general ability of antioxidation in the group tested with adding Flos Celosiae Cristatae, comparing with the control group, have increased (P <0.05) while the content of lipid metabolite peroxide-malonic aldehyde (MDA), comparing with the control group, has obviously lowered(P <0.05)Conclusion: Flos Celosiae Cristatae has an anti-aging effect and its mechanism has something to do with anti-free radical. The experimental outcome has provided scientific basis for producing anti-aging health-care food and drink.
