| 摘 要： | 作者采用放射免疫法测定了５６例胆囊结石和５３例非胆囊结石女性住院者的血清垂体促卵泡素、黄体生成素、催乳素、性腺雌二醇、雌三醇和孕酮的含量。结果表明，无论是育龄期和绝经期妇女，结石组和对照组的血清雌性激素水平均无显著性差异。雌性激素水平与胆囊结石的发病似无内在联系。

| Abstract: | Serum concentration of follicularstimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), estradio (E_2), estriol (E_3) and progesterong (P) of 56 women with gallstones and 53 other female patients were measured by radioimmunoassay. It was found that the levels of serum estrogen were not much different not only in reproductive aged or postmenopausal women, but also in women with or without gallstones. So it is not certain of the relation between estrogen and gallstone from this study. |
