卡托普利对大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的研究卡托普利对实验性人鼠心肌缺血的保护作用。方法分别采用注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)和垂体后叶素(PIT)的方法制作大鼠心肌缺血模型,通过观察体表心电图(ECG),测定血清心肌三酶(AST、LDH、CPK)和血清一氧化氮(NO),血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和内二醛(MDA)的含量,探讨卡托普利抗心肌缺血的作用及其机制。结果与模型组比较,卡托普利可明显改善缺血性ECG中ST段偏移的幅度(P〈0.05);卡托普利高剂量组可显著降低血清心肌三酶(AST、LDH、CPK)和MDA的活性(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),同时可提高血清SOD和NO的活性,使心肌坏死程度减轻。结论卡托普利对实验性心肌缺血具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective effect of captopril on experimental myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods The model of acute myocardial ischemia in rats was induced by subcutaneous injection of isoprenaline and sublingual venous injection of pituitrin. The changes of ECG, serum activity of creatine phosphokinase (CPK),lactate dehydragenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST),nitrogen momoxidum(NO),malondialdehyde (MDA) and total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD)were measured in experiment.Results Captopril significantly improved the extents of abnormal rising and lowering of ST segment(P<0.05), decreased the activities of serum CPK, LDL, AST and MDA (P<0.05,P <0.01) , increased the activity of SOD and NO in myocardial ischemia of rats. Conclusion Captopril can protect myocardium in rats with experimenta myocardial ischemia.
