| 摘 要： | 目的建立盐酸伐昔洛韦片溶出度的测定方法。方法以水900mL为溶出介质,转速50r·min-1,紫外检测波长为252nm。结果盐酸伐昔洛韦浓度在3.28~22.32μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.7%。结论该方法操作简便、准确,可用于该片溶出度的测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining the dissolution of Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets.METHODS Regarding 900mL water as the solvent,the speed was 50r·min-1,the UV detective wavelength was 252nm.RESULTS A good linear relationship was obtained in the Valaciclovir Hydrochloride concentration of 3.28～22.32μg·mL-1,r=0.9998,the average recovery was 99.7%.CONCLUSION The proposed method was simple and accurate,and can be used for the determination of dissolution of Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets. |
