| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内皮抑素基因治疗在癌性腹水中的治疗作用。方法：在两个不同的小鼠肿瘤腹水模型腹腔内注射腺病毒载体介导的内皮抑素基因，观察其对腹水形成、腹膜的渗透性、肿瘤细胞的作用，以及对小鼠生存期的影响等。结果：用内皮抑素治疗组小鼠的腹水、腹膜的渗透性受到明显抑制，腹水中肿瘤细胞数明显减少，小鼠的生存期明显延长。结论：内皮抑素基因治疗有可能成为一种新的癌性腹水的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of endostatin adenoviral vector on malignant ascites.Methods: We constructed and administered adenovirial vectorencoding endostatin intraperitoneally in mice with malignant ascites . Results:Our data demostrated statistically significant downregulation of ascites formation and permeability of the microvessels lining peritoneal cavity and prolongation of animal survival after intraperitoneal treatment with endostatin adenoviral vector in two different ascites tumor models.Conclusions: These data suggest that adenoviral vector-mediated delivery of genes encoding endostatin may represent a potentially new treament for malignant ascites. |
