手术患者输注全血和红细胞悬液的对比分析

目的 探讨红细胞悬液在外科手术输血治疗中的应用价值。方法 对160例外科手术输血在4—6u的患者，分为两组分别输注红细胞悬液和全血，观察临床疗效和输血不良反应发生的情况并进行对比分析。结果 两组患者输血前后血液的各项参数比较差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）；红细胞悬液组输血反应率低于全血组输血反应率11．3％，两组间的差异显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论 手术患者的输血治疗应用红细胞悬液可以达到预期的满意效果，降低输血不良反应的发生率。

Comparative analysis of patients of operation transfusing whole blood and erythrocyte suspending

Objective To research the applied value of erythrocyte suspending liquid in the therapy of transfusing blood of surgery.Methods One hundred and sixty patients whose blood-transfusion of surgery is 4-6u are divided into two groups to transfuse erythrocyte suspending liquid and whole blood respectively.Then observe the clinical effects and adverse reactions of blood-transfusion.After that,analyse comparatively.Results There is no significant meaning in comparative difference among every parameters of blood of two groups patients after and before the transfusion(P>0.05);After transfusion,the reactivity rate of Erythrocyte suspending liquid group is lower 11.3% than that of whole blood group.There is significant meaning in difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood-transfusion cure of patients after operation using erythrocyte suspending liquid can achieve expected satisfactroy effects,reducing the originating rate of adverse reaction after blood-transfusion.
