腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗200例宫外孕对比分析

目的：比较腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的优缺点。方法：应用回顾性分析的方法，对我医院妇产科200例宫外孕（输卵管妊娠）行腹腔镜或开腹手术患者的术前一般情况，术中及术后妊娠情况进行分析。比较手术及住院情况，并进行术后随访。结果：100例成功实施腹腔镜手术，手术时间较开腹手术时间长，肛门排气时间、停留尿管时间、下床活动时闯、住院天数等均较开腹手术短，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；腹腔镜组术后持续性宫外孕发生率高于开腹手术组（P〈0．05）；术后随访，两组输卵管通畅比例无明显差异。结论：腹腔镜下宫外孕手术具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点，具有诊断和治疗的双重功效，值得推广。

Laparoscopy versus laparotomy management of 200 ectopic pregnancy cases

Objeotive： To study the va/ue of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of eetopic pregnancy. Methods： A retrospective analysis involving 200 patients with eetopie pregnancies was done. The patients were divided according to surgical procedure performed into： Group Ⅰ （100 patients） laparoseopy and group 0 （100 patients） laparotomy. We evaluated preoperative serum β-human ehorionie gonadotrophin levels, total operating time, total blood loss, duration of hospital stay, recurrence rates of eetopie pregnancy and future fertility outcome for all patients. Results： Every patients operated successfully. 100 patients treated with laparoscopy. The operation time of laparoseopy was longer than that of normal operation. But the patients treated with laparoseopy recovered earlier than those with normal operation, and the in - hospital - time was shorter than those of normal operation. Conclusion： Laparoscopie surgery of eetopie pregnancy is simple and effective, which can serve to diagnose and treat eetopie pregnancy.
