帕罗西汀和氟西汀治疗癌症伴抑郁患者的疗效对照

目的探讨帕罗西汀治疗癌症伴随抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法将60例癌症后抑郁患者随机分为帕罗西汀和氟西汀组各30例,观察治疗6周。于治疗前及治疗1、2、4、6周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定抗抑郁疗效,KPS表进行进行生话质量评价,依据WHO实体肿瘤客观疗效评价标准进行疼痛疗效评价。结果汉密顿抑郁量表评分显示,帕罗西汀组治疗1周末起较治疗前有极显著性下降(P<0.01),氟西汀组治疗2周末起有极显著性下降(P<0.01),两组在缓解疼痛方面效果好,生活质量提高显著(P<0.05)。结论帕罗西汀治疗癌症后抑郁疗效与氟西汀相当,但起效更快,治疗癌症疼痛效果好。

Control Study on Paroxetine and Fluoxetine for the Treatment of Depressive Cancer Patient

Objectives To explore the effectiveness and contributions to resue the pain of paroxetine in treat of the depressive cancer. Methods 60 depressive cancer patients were randomly assigned into paroxetine and fluoxetine groups（each n=30） for 6 weeks. Clinical effectiveness were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）, quality of life with the Karnofsky Scale（KPS） and the pain relief rate in accordance with response evaluation criteria in solid tumors formulated by WHO before treatment and at the ends of the 1 st, 2nd,4th and 6th week treatment,respectively. Results In the paroxetine group the score of the HAMD decreased very significantly since the end of the 1st week compared with pre-treatment（P0.01） and in the fluoxetine group since the end of 2nd week（P0.01）. Scores of the KPS of both groups increased significantly at the end of 6th week compared with pre-treatment（P0.05）, the result of relieving the cancer ache were effect. Conclusion Paroxetine has equivalence to fluoxetine, taking effects faster and relieving the ache is effect.
