整合素受体信号在血管平滑肌细胞增殖及迁移中作用机制研究进展

肺血管重构是肺动脉高压的病理学特征,血管重构中肺血管平滑肌细胞增殖、迁移是当今心血管领域的研究热点。近年来,发现整合素与细胞外基质的相互特异性作用导致许多细胞内结构性和调节性因子的聚集和传递细胞信号,参与调节细胞骨架的组装和解聚,调节肌动蛋白纤维丝的稳定和更新,在细胞表型的转换中也起着重要作用。因此,探讨整合素受体信号在血管平滑肌细胞增殖和迁移中的作用机制对于寻找干预肺血管重构的新途径具有重要意义。
