精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸测定的意义

目的:检测精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平,并探讨其与精神病理症状的关系。方法:采用循环酶法检测92例精神分裂症患者(患者组)和61例健康正常人(对照组)的血清Hcy水平,结合阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分及各因子分进行相关分析。结果:患者组血清Hcy水平(15.9±6.67)μmol/L高于对照组(11.4±5.51)μmol/L(P<0.05),其中高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy>16μmol/L)的发生率明显高于对照组(χ2=13.2,P<0.05)。Hcy水平与PANSS总分及阴性症状总分呈正相关(r=0.47/0.44,P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者血清Hcy水平的升高与精神病理症状(特别是阴性症状)有关。

Determination Meaning of Blood Serum Homocysteine Level in Episode Schizophrenia

Objective： To observe blood serum homocysteine level of episode schizophrenia and explore the correlation between blood serum homocysteine level and psychopathic symptom. Methods：The blood serum homocysteine level was measured by circle enzyme method in case-control study including 92 episode schizophrenic patients and 61 healthy controis,and the correlation between the blood serum homocysteine level and PANSS score were explored. Results.. The blood serum Hcy level（15. 9±6.67μmol/L）was significantly higher in patients group than that of the control（11. 4± 5. 51μmol/L,P〈0. 05）. The case with higher homocysteine was much more in patients group than that in the control （X^2 =13. 2,P〈0. 05）. The blood serum homocysteine level positively correlated to the PANSS total score and the negative symptom total score（r=0.47/0.44, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The blood serum Hcy level in episode schizophrenia was high and the high homoeysteine level was related with psychopathic symptom, especial the negative symptom.
