| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨喉罩通气全麻用于经尿道泌尿系结石钬激光碎石术对老年患者血流动力学及苏醒时间的影响。方法:选择经尿道钬激光碎石术老年患者30例,ASAⅡ级或Ⅲ级,随机分为两组,气管插管组(T组)和喉罩通气组(LMA组),每组15例。分别于麻醉前、麻醉后、术中、术后记录平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)及停药后呼吸恢复和苏醒的时间。结果:LMA组MAP和HR波动比T组小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LMA组的苏醒时间及自主呼吸恢复时间要远远短于T组(P<0.01)。结论:在泌尿系结石钬激光碎石术的麻醉中,喉罩通气全麻对老年患者血流动力学干扰小,苏醒快速,是钬激光碎石术较适宜的麻醉方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the influence of total intravenous anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway on hemodynamics and the time to awaking in old patients undergoing ureteroscopie lithotripsy. Methods： 30 ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ old patients undergoing ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups. Group LMA.. laryngeal mask airway, n= 15;group T： endotracheal tube airway, n= 15. MAP, HR and pertinent side effects were monitored and recorded. Results：The homodynamic in group LMA experienced more stable than those in group T. The time to awaking in group LMA was more rapid than that of group T. Conclusion. Total intravenous anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway has small interference on homodynamic and awake rapidly in old patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy. |
