直肠癌结肠造口术后院外健康教育对病人生活质量影响的研究

[目的 ]探讨院外健康教育对直肠癌结肠造口术后病人生活质量的影响。 [方法 ]将 60例直肠癌结肠造口术病人随机分为实验组和对照组 ,实验组 3 0例从术后 1个月起针对生活质量问题进行院外健康教育 ,而对照组 3 0例未采取院外护理干预。均于术后 1个月和 6个月进行问卷调查收集资料 ,并进行统计学处理。 [结果 ]实验组术后半年生活质量明显高于对照组 ,造口自理能力差、悲观与抑郁、影响日常生活、社会活动能力下降指标两组比较均具有统计学意义。 [结论 ]术后早期有计划地进行院外健康教育 ,可提高病人生活质量。

A study on influence of out- hospital health education on living quality of rectal cancer patients after underwent colostomy

Objective: to probe into the influence of out-hospital health education on living quality of rectal cancer patients after underwent colostomy. Method: a total of 60 rectal cancer patients underwent colostomy were divided into test and control group randomly and equally (30 cases each). Patients in test group were given health education started one month after surgery outside hospital in light of problems existed in their living quality. While patients in control group did not provide nursing intervention. All cases were investigated by filling out questionnaires at the first and the sixth month after operation, and data were analyzed statistically.Result: half a year after operation, the living quality of patients in test group was higher than that in control group. And ability of control group cases to care the stoma was worse. They were in a depression and pessimistic mood, which influenced their daily life. They had decreased social activity ability. There was a statistic difference in terms of above mentioned indexes between the two groups. Conclusion: it showed that to provide health education in an early stage outside hospital for postoperative patients could promote their living quality.
