老年高血压病用药依从性及护理对策

高血压病是老年人常见的心血管疾病,对心、脑、肾各重要脏器有严重损害,长期合理地用药,可有效控制血压,减少并发症,从而提高老年人生活质量和身体健康。但我们对８４例老年高血压患者出院６周后用药情况进行追踪随访,发现其用药依从性较差,从而严重影响疗效。本文就老年高血压患者用药依从性差的原因及其护理对策进行了探讨

The Study of Elderly Hypertensive Patients' Obedience to Doctor's Administering Instruction and the Countermeasures of Nursing

Hypertension is a common cardiovascular disease in eldly people,which causes serious damages to important organs,such as the heart the brain,the kidneys,etc.Taking medicines properly and regularly for a long time can effectively control the blood pressure and reduce the complications,thereby build up the people's health and improve the life quality.But after following the tracks of 84 hypertensive patients who have left hospital for 6 weeks,we found that most of them can not comply with the doctor's instruction,thus the curative effects reduced greatly.To counter this tendency,we studied the reasons and then brought up some countermeasures of nursing.
