HPLC法同时测定复方鼻用软膏中樟脑和醋酸地塞米松的含量

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定复方鼻用软膏中樟脑和醋酸地塞米松的含量。方法以C18柱为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(55∶45)为流动相;检测波长为277nm;柱温为30℃。结果樟脑在50.2～1004mg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为Y=202.09X+1422.4,r=0.9995,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为2.7%;醋酸地塞米松在1.53～30.6mg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系,回归方程为Y=8409.5X+1421.2,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为2.2%(n=7)。结论方法准确快速、操作简便,可用于复方鼻用软膏的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of camphor and dexamethasone acetate in Compound Ointment for Nose by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for simultaneously determining the content of camphor and dexamethasone acetate in compound nose ointment by HPLC.Methods The content was determined on a C18 column,using a mixture of acetonitrile-water(55∶45)as the mobile phase and detected at 277 nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear ranges of camphor were 50.2～1 004 mg·L-1,Y=202.09X+1 422.4,r=0.999 5,and the average recovery was 99.4%,with RSD 2.7%;The linear ranges of dexamethasone acetate were 1.53～30.6 mg·L-1,Y=8 409.5X +1 421.2,r=0.999 8,and the average recovery was 99.8%,with RSD 2.2%(n=7).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of the compound nose ointment.
