| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨视神经胶质瘤的CT及MRI表现。方法:回顾分析经手术病理证实的12例视神经胶质瘤的CT及MRI表现,并与病理结果进行对照研究。结果:12例病理学结果均为视神经星形胶质细胞瘤。结论:CT及MRI均有助于视神经胶质瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断,但MRI多轴位成像对显示肿瘤大小范围及周围临界组织的解剖关系较CT有明显优势。

| Abstract: | Purpose To research the aspects of CT and MRI of optic glioma. Methods The CT and MRI aspects of 12 cases optic glioma were analyzed retrospectively, and were compared with the pathological results. Results 12 cases were all optic astrocytoma pathologically. Conclusion CT and MR1 are all beneficial to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of optic glioma, but MRI is superiority to CT because of it's multi-axial imaging and the capacity of showing the size and range and adjacent relations. |
