左氧氟沙星短程三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌感染的药物经济学分析

目的 :比较两种不同短程三联药物疗法根除幽门螺杆菌 (HP)的成本 -效果分析。方法 :2 16例 HP阳性病人 ,分为两组。A组 10 6例予胶态次枸橼酸铋 2 2 0 mg,左氧氟沙星 2 0 0 mg,呋喃唑酮 2 0 0 mg,口服 ,2次 / d;B组 110例予奥美拉唑2 0 mg,克拉霉素 5 0 0 mg,阿莫西林 10 0 0 mg,口服 ,2次 / d;疗程均为 1周。运用药物经济学成本 -效果分析方法进行评价。结果 :A、B两组短程三联治疗方案的效果 (以 HP根除率表征 )分别为 86 .7% ,88.2 % ,组间疗效经 t检验 ,P >0 .0 5 ,均无严重不良反应。HP根除一例的药费 ,A组为 12 3.5元 ,B组为 5 5 5 .8元。结论 :通过药物经济学分析表明 ,A、B两组方案疗效无显著差异 ,A组左氧氟沙星短程三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌感染成本较低 ,为根除 HP的优选方案

Cost-effectiveness analysis of levofloxacin triad therapy in eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection

Object: To compare the cost-effectiveness of two kinds of triad therapy in eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods: 216 patients with HP infection were randomized divided into two groups. Group A of 106 cases were treated with colloidal bismuth subcitrate 220 mg,levofloxacin 200 mg and furazolidone 200 mg orally, bid for 1 week. Group B of 110 cases were treated with omeprazole 20 mg,clarithromycin 500 mg and amoxicillin 1000 mg orally, bid for 1 week. The cost-effectiveness of group A and B were compared. Results: The eradication rates of HP for group A and B were 86.7% and 88.2%, respectively (P>0.05). The cost of anti-Hp therapy of each patient was 123.5 Yuans (RBM) for group A and 555.8 Yuans (RMB) for group B. Conclusion: Although the effects in both groups are similar, the cost for group A was lower than for group B. The triad therapeutic method for group A was superior to that for group B.
