科技人员工作应激的影响因素

目的：初步探讨科技人员工作应激的影响因素，为制定预防和减少工作应激的措施提供科学依据。方法：使用工作应激及相关因素调查表对784名不同职业的科技人员进行调整，运用逐步回归对各种因素进行筛选。结果：科技人员高工作应激的首要原因是工作兴趣方面的问题(95．86％)，其次是人际关系方面的问题(84．67％)，而物理条件方面的问题可以忽略(0．73％)。共筛选出12项因素对工作应激产生明显影响，其中生活事件、行为类型、每天工作时数、婚姻状况、教学工作量、性别等6项因素对工作应激具有增强效应，而每周运动时间、学历、社会支持、科研获奖、工作年限、业余爱好等6项因素对工作应激具有减轻效应。结论：科技人员工作应激受到多种因素的影响，应采取综合性措施来减轻科技人员的工作应激，促进身心健康。

INFLUENCING FACTORS OF JOB STRESS OF THE INTELLECTUAL

Objective:To propose the scientific method of preventing and diminishing job stress by studying influencing factors of job stress of the intellectual.Methods:The job stress and correlative factors questionnaiore are used to investigate 784 different professional objects.The method of the stepwise regression was used to select the factors.Result:The first cause of high job stress of the intelectual is the job stress problem (95.86%).The second one is the human being's relationship problem(84.67%).But the physical condition problem could be neglectd(0.73%).The 12 factors are relative to the job stress.The factors that are positive relation to job stress are that life events,behavior types,everyday working-hours,marriage state,teaching workload and sexuality,while weekly sports time,record of formal schooling,social support,scientific research prixe,working year,avocation are negative relation to the job stress.Conclusion:There are many factors affecting the job stress.To lessen job stress of the intellectual and promote their health,synthetical measure should be adopted.
