摘    要:建立了两种未标记酶免疫细胞化学染色的半定量显微分光光度法——点测量和区域扫描测量法,测定正常和受到电击足底刺激的大鼠下丘脑内加压素样神经元胞体的加压素样物质含量。结果提示这两种方法对研究特定的组织(如某个神经核团)乃至单个细胞内特定物质的含量变化有一定意义。并对这两种方法的特点作了比较。

Abstract:Here are reported for the first time two newly established methods of semi-quantitative measurement of specific antigens by means of n microscope photometer in the tissures stained using non-labelled enzyme immunocyio-chemistry-the point and area scanning methods. We measured the content of vassoprcssin-like material in the vassopressinergic neurons of hypothalamus in the control and foot shocked rats with the two methods,respectively. The results prove them, to some extent, significant in studying the content of specific material in specific tissues (e.g. some nuclei), and even in single cells. In addition, a comparison between the two methods was conducted in this study.
