| 摘 要： | 目的：研究胶原酶在腰间盘突出症中的变化，探讨腰间盘突出症发生的机理。方法：共收集健康成人腰间盘20例，腰间盘突出症突出髓核31例，提取并测定其胶原酶。结果：突出髓核中胶原酶活性低于正常组（P＜0．05），突出髓核中胶原含量升高与胶原酶活性降低呈平行关系。结论：髓核胶原酶活性降低与腰间盘突出症的发生相关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study changes of collagenase in herniation of lumber intervertebral disc (HID) andfunctional character of biochemistry of HID. Methods: In the study we collected 20 samples of lumbar intervertebral disc of normal adult and 31 cases of the nucleus pulposus of herniation of lumbar intevertebral disc. Collagenase was extracted and measured. Results:The activity of collagenase in the nucleus pulposus of HID was lowerthan that of the normal adult (P<0. 05). Increase of collagen content was parallel with reduction of activity ofcollagenase in nucleus pulposus of HID. Conclusion:The activity of collagenase in the nucleus pulposus has relation to the development of HID. |
