| 摘 要： | 目的提高小儿纵隔肿瘤的诊治水平。方法报告１５例小儿巨大纵隔肿瘤的诊治经验，男９例，女６例，年龄为３－１４岁，肿瘤完全切除１４例，部分切除１例。结果手术治疗均愈合。结论本病诊断除胸部ｘ线检查外，胸部Ｂ超及ＣＴ检查也应作为常规检查手段，一经确诊，应及时手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the lever of diagnosis and treatment on huge mediastinal tumors in children.Methods Experience of diagnosis and treatment is reported on 15 cases of huge mediastinal tumors in children with age from 3 to 14 years.Nine cases in males,6 cases in females.Radical excision was performed in 14 patients,Palliative excision in 1 case.Results All patients were cured by surgical treatment.Conclusion Besides chest X ray,chest UCG and CT should be the conventional diagnosis methods.As soon as the diagnosis be established,surgical treatment should be performed promptly. |
