佛山市顺德区2005年麻疹流行情况分析

目的了解顺德区2005年麻疹发病情况,以便指导今后的麻疹控制工作。方法对顺德区2005年报告的麻疹病例进行流行病学分析。结果2005年顺德区共报告麻疹病例481例,报告发病率为41.4/10万,较上年上升923.4%,多个镇(街道)出现爆发疫情,病例以儿童为主,发病集中在下半年,全年共发生5起爆发疫情,其中2起发生在社区,2起发生在学校。结论顺德区2005年麻疹发病率高的主要原因与儿童特别是流动儿童麻疹疫苗免疫接种率低有关。

Epidemiology of Measles in 2005 in Shunde District of Foshan

Objective To study the epidemiology of measles in 2005 in Shunde District,and to investigate the new ways of controlling measles.Method Measles cases in 2005 in Shunde were analyzed.Result In 2005,481 measles cases were reported,with an incidence of 41.4/100000,which was higher than that of past year by 923.4%.There were measles outbreaks in most of the towns(street)in Shunde.The cases were mainly children,and most of them appeared in the latter half of the year.There were 5 meales outbreaks.2 of which were happened in community and 2 of which were happened in school.Conclusion The main reason of the high measles incidence in 2005 in Shunde was the low immunization rate especially in the children of the floating population.
