2008-2012年南京市居民肠道线虫感染监测

目的 目的 了解南京市人群肠道线虫感染情况， 为制定防治策略和措施提供依据。方法 方法 采用改良加藤厚涂片法检查肠道线虫卵， 透明胶纸肛拭法检查低年级小学生和幼儿园儿童蛲虫卵或成虫。结果 结果 共检查45 645例居民， 检出肠道线虫感染者167例， 感染率为0.36%； 检出虫种为蛔虫、 钩虫和鞭虫， 其感染率分别为0.18%、 0.03%和0.15%。低年级小学生和儿童蛲虫检查43 356人， 检出感染者135例， 感染率为0.31%。结论 结论 南京市人群肠道线虫感染率较低， 但应加强健康教育， 定期开展监测

Surveillance of intestinal nematode infections in Nanjing City from 2008 to 2012

Objective To understand the intestinal nematode infection status of Nanjing City, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the preventive strategy and measures. Methods The eggs of intestinal nematodes were detected by Kato-Katz tech- nique in population and eggs of Enterobius vermicularis were detected in children and low-grade primary school students by the transparent adhesive tape anal swab method. Results The fecal specimens from 45 645 individuals were tested, and of those, 167 were found to be infected with intestinal nematodes. The total infection rate was 0.36%, and the infection rates ofAscaris lum- bricoides, hookworm, and Trichuris trichiura were 0.18%, 0.03%, and 0.15%, respectively. Totally 43 356 children and low- grade primary school students were surveyed for Enterobius vermicularis infection, and the infection rate was 0.31%. Conclusion The prevalence of intestinal nematodes of population is low in Nanjing City. However, we still need to strengthen health education and regular monitoring.
