音乐疗法对血液透析患者抑郁情绪的影响研究

目的：研究音乐疗法改善维持性血液透析患者忧郁情绪的临床效果.方法：将72例血液透析患者随机分成两组,观察组36例患者在接受常规治疗的基础上增加音乐疗法治疗；对照组36例患者采用常规治疗方法.结果：透析前后观察组SDS评分差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.透析后观察组SDS评分与对照组相比差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01）.与对照组比较,观察组患者抑郁程度得到改善（P＜0.05）,血压、心率较稳定,波动少（P＜0.05）.结论：合适的音乐疗法能减轻血液透析患者的抑郁情绪.因此,可以考虑将音乐疗法贯穿于治疗过程中,使之发挥减轻患者焦虑忧郁情绪的作用.

The study of effects of music therapy on depression of MHD patients

Objective：To investigate the effects of music therapy on the MHD patients with depression. Methods： 36 MHD dialysis patients were treated by the music therapy and normal MHD treatment as experiment group; the other 36 MHD dialysis patients as control group were treated by normal MHD treatment. Results： The SDS score of the experiment group patients hefore and after dialysis was significantly different （P〈0.05 ）, and the score of the patients in this group was significantly lower that of control group after dialysis （P〈0. 01 ）. The depression level of patients in test group was improved （ P〈 0. 05 ）, and their blood pressure, heart rate were more stable, less fluctuations （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Appropriate music therapy can reduce the anxiety and depression of MHD patients. The music therapy can be used throughout the course of treatment of MHD patients.
