摘    要:目的 目的 评价2007-2012年芦山县实施以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合治理措施的费用?效果。方法 方法 收集 2007-2012年芦山县血吸虫病流行村的病情、 螺情、 防治技术方案、 血防投入经费等资料进行分析。结果 2007-2012年芦 山县居民血吸虫感染率由0.04%下降至0, 现存晚血病人由128例下降至121例, 下降了5.47%, 无急性血吸虫感染病例发 生。钉螺平均密度由0.06只/0.1 m2 下降至0.05只/0.1 m2 , 下降了16.67%, 未查见阳性钉螺, 有螺面积由15.84 hm2 上升至 52.12 hm2 , 上升了229.04%。年人均血防经费投入为200.48元, 居民感染率每下降1%的费用为94.99万元, 钉螺密度每下 降1%的费用为569.82万元。结论 结论 2007-2012年芦山县实施的以传染源控制为主的血吸虫病综合治理措施具有较好的 费用?效果。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of comprehensive control strategy which mainly controls the schisto- somiasis infection source in Lushan County from 2007 to 2012. Methods The data of the schistosomiasis endemic, Oncomelania hupensis snail status, control technology, and funding were collected and analyzed statistically in the endemic villages of Lushan County from 2007 to 2012. Results The schistosome infection rate of the residents decreased from 0.04% in 2007 to 0 in 2012. The numbers of advanced schistosomiasis patients decreased from 128 in 2007 to 121 in 2012. No acute schistosomiasis patients were found. The average density of living snails decreased from 0.06 snial/0.1 mE to 0.05 snail/0.1 m2, with the decreased rate of 16.67%, and no schistosome infected snails were found. However, the snail area increased from 15.84 hm2 in 2007 to 52.12 hm2 in 2012, with the rise rate of 229.04%. The year per capita was 200.48 yuan, the cost of the infection rate decreasing by 1% was 949 900 yuan, and the cost of living snail density decreasing by 1% was 5 698 200 yuan. Conclusion The cost-effectiveness of comprehensive control strategy which mainly controls the schistosomiasis infection source is relatively good in Lushan County from 2007 to 2012.
