乙烯二噻烯对新西兰兔胆固醇、甘油三酯的影响

摘    要:目的考察乙烯二噻烯抗家兔实验性高胆固醇及高甘油三酯的影响。方法将30只雄性健康新西兰兔按照生化指标随机分为5组(n=6),模型对照组及受试物组给予高脂饲料;空白对照组给予基础饲料,受试物组高、低剂量组同时分别灌胃给予30、10me/kg乙烯二噻烯西黄芪胶溶液,阳性对照组给予相同体积的辛伐他汀5mg/kg西黄芪胶溶液,空白组、模型组对照组给予相同体积的20%西黄芪胶溶液。实验结束考察动物的胆固醇、甘油三酯变化情况。结果9周后受试物低剂量组血清总胆固醇(TC)水平组显著低于模型组(P〈0.05);受试物低、高剂量甘油三酯(TG)水平显著低于模型组(P〈0.01);低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)水平均显著高于空白对照组(P〈0.001),低于模型组(P〈0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)水平显著高于模型组(P〈0.05)。结论乙烯二噻烯高、低剂量组均可降低实验动物的胆固醇、甘油三酯。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of vinyldithiin on high cholesterol and high triglyceride in rabbits. Methods According to the biochemical indexes, 30 male healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 6). Rabbits in the model control group and the test groups were given high-fat diet. Rabbits in the blank control group were given basic diet. In the tested group, rabbits of the high and low dose group were intragastrieally given 30,10 mg/kg vinyldithiin gum tragacanth solution, respectively. Rabbits in the positive control group were given the same volume of simvastatin (5 mg/kg) gum tragacanth solution. Rabbits in the blank control group and the model control group were given the same volume of gum tragaeanth solution (20% concentration). The changes of cholesterol and triglyceride of the rabbits were studied at the end of the experiment. Results The results were tested after 9 weeks. The serum total cholesterol (TC) level in rabbits of the low dose group was significantly lower than that of the model group (P 〈0.05). The triglyceride (TG) levels in rabbits of the low dose and high dose group were significantly lower than that of the model group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) level in rabbits of the low dose and high dose group was significantly higher than that of the blank control group (P 〈 0. 001 ), but lower than that of the model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level in rabbits of the low dose and high dose group was significantly higher than that of the model group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Both the vinyldithiin's high and low dose group can significant reduce experiment animals' cholesterol and triglyeeride.
