护理干预改善晚期血吸虫病患者生活质量效果

目的 目的 探讨护理干预对晚期血吸虫病患者生活质量的影响。方法 方法 226例晚期血吸虫病患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各113例。对照组按常规进行治疗护理， 实验组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育、 心理疏导和饮食指导、 出院护理等护理干预措施， 比较2组患者并发症发生情况及生活质量积分。结果 结果 通过护理干预， 实验组疾病知识知晓率从67.7%上升至98.9%； 实验组并发症发生率为13.3%， 对照组为28.3%， 两者差异有统计学意义 （χ2= 7.880 5， P ＜0.05）； 实验组不同时期生活质量评分明显提高， 较对照组差异均有统计学意义 （P均＜0.05）。结论 结论 对晚期血吸虫病患者进行有效的护理干预能提高疾病知识知晓率， 降低并发症发生率， 改善患者的生活质量。

Effect of nursing intervention on improving quality of life of patients with ad- vanced schistosomiasis

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with advanced schistoso- miasis. Methods A total of 226 cases of advanced schistosomiasis were randomly divided into a control group and an experimen- tal group （113 cases each）. The patients in the control group received the conventional nursing, while the patients in the experi- mental group received the conventional nursing plus other interventions such as the health education, psychological counseling and diet guidance. The complications and scores of life quality of the patients in the 2 groups were observed and compared. Re- suits The awareness of knowledge about the disease improved from 67.7% to 98.9%, the incidence of complications decreased from 28.3% to 13.3%, and the scores of life quality improved significantly in the experimental group, which were much better than those in the control group. Conclusion The nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with advanced schistosomiasis is effective.
