摘    要:目的:测定四川广元2种彩色猕猴桃中元素的含量。方法:采用微波消解法对四川广元所产的红心和黄心2种彩色猕猴桃果实进行处理,电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定2种彩色猕猴桃中8种元素的含量。结果:2种彩色猕猴桃果实中矿质元素含量均高于绿果肉猕猴桃,其中微量元素Fe和Mn的含量较高,Al和Zn次之,Cu最低。红心猕猴桃Zn元素含量稍高于黄心猕猴桃,但明显高于绿果肉猕猴桃。

Determination of 8 elements in Actinidia deliciosa var. coloris by ICP - AES

Abstract:Objective: To determine the mineral elements in 2 kinds of Actinidia callosa var. discolor in Sichuan Province. Method: 8 mineral elements in 2 kinds of A. callosa var. discolor were determined by ICP - AES with microwave digestion method disposed. Result: 2 kinds of A. callosa var. discolor were abundant of Mg, Al, Zn, P, Mn and Cu. The red - fleshed kiwifruit had a little higher then yellow - fleshed of Zn, and all apparently higher than green- fleshed.
