匹伐他汀钙中钙的检测方法学研究

摘    要:目的:建立匹伐他汀钙中钙的检测方法。方法:采用直接溶解样品一火焰原子吸收光谱法测定匹伐他汀钙中的钙含量,并和国家标准中的原子吸收分光光度法测钙进行实验比较。结果:方法检出限为0.0547μg/ml,精密度为0.87%,回收率为100.76%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重现性好,准确度高,为匹伐他汀钙中钙的检测提供一种简便可靠的新方法。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a Determination of Calcium in Pitavastatin Calcium. Methods:The sample which was dissolved directly was determined by A-AS,and the method was compared with the way in CNS. Results: The detection limit was 0.0547 μg/ml,the RSD was 0.87% and the recovery rate was 100.76%. Conclusion:Tbe method was simple, rapid and reliable with a good reproducibility. It can be suitable for studying on the Calcium in Pitavastatin Calcium.
