mdm2基因表达与子宫内膜癌的浸润和转移的关系

应用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法，观察３８例子宫内膜癌和１６例癌周内膜组织中ｍｄｍ２基因表达及其与子宫内膜癌浸润和淋巴结转移的关系。结果表明：①癌组织中的ｍｄｍ２基因的表达值明显高于癌周内膜组织；②有肌层或血管浸润的子宫内膜癌ｍｄｍ２基因表达值高于无浸润者；③有淋巴结转移者ｍｄｍ２基因表达值也高于无淋巴结转移者；④不同的肿瘤部位及不同年龄组的ｍｄｍ２基因表达值差异无显著性。研究提示ｍｄｍ２基因的表达在子宫内膜癌的浸润和转移中起重要作用。

Relationship between the mdm2 gene expression and the infiltration and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma

The relationship between the mdm2 gene expression and the infiltration and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma were observed by RT-PCR methodin 38 patients with endometrial carcinoma and in the peripheral carcinoma intimal tissue from 16 patients . Results showed: 1.the gene expressive value of mdm2 gene in the carcinoma tissues were obviously higher than that from the peripheral carcinoma internal tissue; 2.the expressive value of mdm2 gene in the organic layer or the blood vessel infiltration of the endometrial carcinoma was obviously higher than that from the non-infiltration one; 3.the expressive value of mdm2 gene with lymphatic metastasis was also higher than that from the non-lymphatic metastasis; 4.the differences of mdm2 gene of different part of the carcinoma and of different age were not significant. Studies indicated that mdm2 gene expression played an important role in the infiltration and metastasis of endometrial carcinoma.
