子宫颈病变中促红细胞生成素受体的表达及其与微血管密度的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨各级宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)、宫颈鳞癌中促红细胞生成素受体(erythropoietin receptor,EPO-R)的表达与新生血管形成的关系。方法:采集正常对照、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ标本各15例及宫颈鳞癌标本13例。用免疫组化方法检测EPO-R蛋白水平表达的强度,并以CD34单抗标记血管内皮细胞,计算微血管密度(m icrovessal density,MVD),以此量化新生血管形成的程度。结果:EPO-R表达于CIN或鳞癌细胞的胞浆和(或)胞膜,EPO-R表达强度及微血管密度均随宫颈病变级别升高而增加,二者显著相关(r=0.885,P<0.01)。结论:EPO-R在宫颈病变中的表达与其新生血管形成相关。

Study of the expression of erythropoietin receptor in cervical lesions and its relationship with the microvessal density

Abstract:Objective:To study the expression and distribution of EPO-R protein and microvessel density(MVD) in normal cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical cancer,and to analyze their correlations. Methods:A total of 73 cervical specimens were divided into 5 groups,each comprising of 15 specimens from normal epithelia,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and 13 cervical cancer.The expression of EPO-R protein was assessed by immunohistochemistry.The microvessels were immunohistochemically labeled with CD34 antibodies.Results:Dysplasia cells and tumor cells showed EPO-R immunostaining with a cytoplasmic and/or membrane pattern.Both of the MVD and EPO-R expressions increased with the progression of cervical lesions.Pearson correlation analysis showed that EPO-R expression and MVD were significantly correlated(r=0.885,P<0.01).Conclusions:EPOR protein in cervical lesions is related to the extent of angiogenesis in cervical lesions.
