糖尿病患者血清甲状腺素水平与血糖血脂相关性的探讨

目的 :探讨糖尿病患者血清甲状腺素水平的变化与血糖、血脂的关系。方法 :对已确诊 1型和 2型糖尿病的 378例患者测定血清 TT3、TT4、空腹血糖 (FBG)、餐后两小时血糖 (PBG)、空腹 C肽 (FC-肽 )、餐后两小时 C肽 (PC-肽 )、血脂 ,并与同期体检的 342例健康人群进行比较。结果 :糖尿病患者血清 TT3、TT4显著低于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ;P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,TT3、TT4与空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白呈显著负相关 ,与餐后两小时 C肽呈正相关。结论 :糖尿病患者血甲状腺激素水平较正常人群低下 ,在糖尿病的糖代谢和脂代谢紊乱中产生一定的作用

Investigation on the correlation of thyroid hormone and blood sugar and blood lipid in diabetic serum

Objective:To investigate the relationship of the levels of thyroid hormone(TH)and blood sugar and blood lipid in diabetic serum Methods:375 patients with diabetes(type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes)and 342 healthy controls were measured for TT3,TT4,fasting blood sugar(FBG),posting two hours blood sugar(2hPBG),fasting C peptide, 2hC peptide and blood lipid.Their results were compared Results:TT3 and TT4 in patients with diabetes were remarkably lower than that in controls( P <0 05; P <0 001).There were negative correlation in TT3,TT4 and FBG,2hPBG,total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL).There were positive correlation in TT3?TT4 and 2hC peptide Conclusion:There was lower level of thyroid hormone in diabetic serum than that in healthy controls.The changes play a role in glucose and lipid metabolism disorder in diabetes
