| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脾脏原发性恶性肿瘤的临床表现及诊断治疗原则。方法回顾性分析7例脾脏原发性恶性肿瘤的临床资料。结果本组男5例,女2例。恶性淋巴瘤6例,血管肉瘤1例。诊断主要依据为B超和CT。手术方式采用根治性脾切除,或加联合器官切除。术后辅以化疗。结论早期诊断、早期治疗才是脾脏原发性恶性肿瘤患者提高生存率延长生存时间的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic methods of primary malignant tumor of the spleen. Methods] The clinical data of 7cases of primary malignant tumor of the spleen were analysed retrospectively. Results] 6 cases of lymphoma and 1 case angiosareoma were diagosed by Ultrasound and CT scan, which were the main diagnostic methods. Radical splenectomy and additional multiorgans resection should be done if neeessary. Adjuvant ebemotherapy should be done after operation.Conclusion] The key point of raising survival rate and extending life is the early diagnosis and treatment. |
