1500例孕妇TORCH-IgM检测结果分析

目的了解孕妇中TORCH-IgM的阳性率,探讨选择性TORCH-IgM筛查的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫法（EIA）检测1500例孕妇血清的TORCH-IgM抗体水平,根据有无高危因素比较不同孕妇的血清抗体阳性率。结果有高危因素的孕妇其TORCH-IgM抗体阳性率分别为：TOX-IgM40.85%、RUB-IgM1.34%、CMV-IgM7.14%、HSV-IgM70.76%;无高危因素的孕妇其TORCH-IgM抗体阳性率分别为：TOX-IgM0.29%、RUB-IgM0.00%、CMV-IgM0.19%、HSV-IgM0.48%;两组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论孕妇应避免接触高危因素,对具有高危因素的孕妇应常规进行TORCH-IgM筛查,以便及早发现宫内感染,干预不良妊娠。

Anardysis on TORCH-IgM antibodies detected in 1500 pregnant women

Objective] To investigate the positive rate of TORCH immunoglobulin M （TORCH-IgM） antibodies in pregnant women and to explore the clinical value of selective TORCH-IgM screening. Methods] The levels of serum TORCH-IgM antibodies were detected in 1500 pregnant women using euzymelinked immunosorbent assay （EIA）, and the positive rates of serum TORCH-IgM antibodies in different women were compared according to whether they had the high risk factors or not. Results] The positive rates of serum TORCH-IgM antibodies in the women with the high risk factors were as follows： TOX-IgM 40.85%, RUB-IgM 1.34%, CMV-IgM 7.14% and HSV- IgM 70.76%, respectively. Those in the women without the high risk factors were as follows： TOX-IgM 0.29%, RUB-IgM 0.00%, CMV-IgM 0.19% and HSV-IgM 0.48%,respectively. There was significant deviation between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion] Pregnant women should avoid geting in touch with the high risk factors. Pregnant women with the high risk factors should routinely receive TORCH-IgM antibodies screening so as to find intrauterine infection early as possibly and intervene the unhealthy pregnancy.
