153钐-乙二胺四甲基膦酸联合伊班磷酸钠缓解骨转移性癌疼痛

目的153钐-乙二胺四甲基膦酸(153Sm-EDTMP)联合伊班磷酸钠控制多发性骨转移癌疼痛,探讨其疼痛缓解率。方法106例多发性骨转移癌患者用153Sm-EDTMP联合伊班磷酸钠治疗,观察骨痛缓解及生活质量提高情况。结果严重():CR23例,PR16例,MR3例,NR3例。中度()CR18例,PR15例,MR3例,NR2例。轻度(+):CR14例,PR7例,NR2例。止痛有效率87.7%,生活质量明显提高,无严重毒副反应。结论153Sm-EDTMP联合伊班磷酸钠治疗多发性骨转移安全有效。

153Sm-EDTMP and ibandronate monosodium used for cancer patients to alleviate multiple bone metastasis pain

Aim To investigate the effect of 153 Sm-EDTMP and iban-dronate monosodium in alleviating multiple bone metastas is pain of the p a-tients with cancer.Methods 153 Sm-EDTMP combined with ibandronate monosodium treatment was performed to ob serve the remission of bone pain and the improvement of quality of life(QOL)in 106patients with cancer,60males and 46females with an average a ge of 55years(aged 29-67),in-cluding 36cases of mammary cancer,22cases of lung cancer,5cases of pancreatic cancer,9cases of gastric carcinoma,7c ases of hepatocarcin o-ma,12cases of large intestine cancer,11cases of pr ostate carcinoma and4cases of lymphoma.Results Severe cases included 23of CR ,16of PR,3of MR and 3of NR;moderate cases inclu ded 18of CR,15of PR ,3of MR and 2of NR;mild cases included 14of CR,7of PR and 2of NR.The e ffective rate of pain relieving was87.7%(93/106),and quality of li fe was significantly improved.No fatal to xic effects occurred.Conclusion 153 Sm-EDTMP combined with ibandronate mon osodium treatment for cancer multi- ple bone metastasis is effective and reliable.
