谷氨酸钠对小鼠学习记忆能力及海马CA1区细胞数的影响

摘    要:目的 观察谷氨酸钠 (MSG)对小鼠学习与记忆能力及海马CA1区细胞数的影响。方法 刚断乳 3周龄小鼠灌胃给予MSG溶液 ,每天 2次 ,连续 35d ,d3早灌胃 30min后对小鼠进行迷宫学习训练 ,2 4h后对其进行迷宫记忆检测 ;行为学检测结束后 ,处死动物 ,取出全脑 ,固定切片进行形态学观察。结果 MSG对小鼠的学习与记忆能力均有一定程度的影响 ,并与MSG溶液的浓度存在量效关系 ;对与学习记忆有关的小鼠海马CA1区的细胞数也有一定的影响。结论 过量MSG对小鼠海马CA1区神经细胞有损伤作用 ,从而影响小鼠学习与记忆能力。

Affects of monosodium glutamate on learning and memory activity and amount of cells in hippocampal CA1 region in mice
Abstract:Objective To observe the affects of monosodium glutamate(MSG) on learning,memory activity and the amount of cells in hippocampal CA1 region in mice.Methods Weaning and individual feeding mice were given whit MSG via ig twice a day ,for 35 days .The mice were trained in the maze which checking their action on the 36 day . Their memory were checked in the maze after 24 hous .Then the mice were killed and the all brain tissues of the mice were morphologically observed. Results MSG not only affected leaning and memory behavious of mice but also have dose-effect relation and affected amount of the cells in hippocampal CA1 region in mice too.Conclusion The excessive MSG has injury to the cells in hippocampal CA1 region in mice,and it affect learning and memory behavions of mice.
