| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定维生素B12片含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Zorbax RX-C18柱（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为水-乙腈（89：11）,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长361nm,柱温30℃。结果维生素B12质量浓度在0.002～0.1g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=1）,平均回收率为100.93%,RSD=0.53%（n=6）。结论所用方法操作简便,经济可靠,重现性好,耐用性强,可作为维生素B12片的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method to determine the content of vitamin B12 in Vitamin B12 Tablets by RP-HPLC.Methods The RP-HPLC method was adopted with the C18 reversed-phase column,water-acetonitrile（89：11） as the mobile phase and the flow rate of 1.0 mL /min.The detection wavelength was 361 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The method showed the good linear relation over the range of 0.002-0.1 g /L,the average recovery rate was 100.93%,RSD was 0.53%.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable and economic with good reproducibility and durability,which can be used to determine the content of Vitamin B12 Tablets. |
