| 摘 要： | 目的探讨活动性肺结核病人在不同情况下的PPD反应强度。方法分析361例活动性肺结核在不同类型、年龄、病变范围、传染性、性别的PPD反应强度。结果活动性肺结核的PPD反应强度与患病类型、年龄有关、而与病变范围、传染性、患者的性别无关。结论PPD实验材料简单,创伤小,强阳性率高,患者顺应性好,是临床活动性肺结核简而易便的有效辅诊技术。

| Abstract: | Objective To study PPD responses to APTB patients. Methods The data of 361 APTB patients were analyzed of the PPD responses regarding to different types, age, focal size, infectivity and sex. Results PPD responses in APTB cases were related to the types of APTB, age, but not to focal size, infectivity or sex. Conclusion PPD skin test plays an effective part in the diagnosis of APTB, thanks to its easy to use, less invasion, high positive rate and good patients' compliance. |
