| 摘 要： | 目的：了解永丰社区高血压患者与超重和肥胖的关系。方法：对永丰社区2125名30岁以上自然人群进行了整群抽样调查。结果：男女间高血压患病差异无显著性，在体质指数及腰臀比超常状态下男、女间差异有显著性意义。调查人群的高血压患者中男性肥胖率高于女性。结论：体质指数和腰臀比超常均增加人群患高血压的危险性。肥胖对男性的影响高于对女性的影响。当腰臀比异常时，体质指数对男女高血压患病产生显著性影响。
