补锌去铁对中药抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒作用的影响

目的:研究补锌去铁对中药抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)的作用。方法:用垂直传播的DHB阳性的6月龄麻鸭作为实验动物模型,随机分为4组,另取同品系同月龄的DHBV阴性麻鸭作为正常组。现察给药后各组的ALT,AST,DHBVDNA,血清锌、血清铁和肝组织铁浓度。结果:中药补锌去铁组与中药组比较,其降ALT,AST,DHBVDNA更显著(P<0.01),其血清锌明显高于中药组(P<0.01),血清铁、肝组织铁浓度明显低于中药组。结论:补锌去铁能增强中药抗DHBV的作用。

Effect of Zine Supplement and Deferrum in Traditional Chinese Medicine Against Duck Hepatitis B Virus

Objective: To research the effect of zinc supplement and deferrum in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)against duck hepatitis B virus(DHBV). Method: Ducks aged 6 months of positive DHBV of vertical transmission, which were randomized four groups, were served as animal models, DHBV negative ducks of same species and same age were served as normal group. ALT, AST, DHBV-DNA, serum zine, serum ferrum, ferrum concentration in hepatic tissues of each group were observed. Result: TCM zine supplement and deferrum group decreased more obviously ALT, AST, DHBV-DNA than TCM group, its serum zine conentra-tion was higher obviously than TCM group, serum ferrum concentration was lower obviously than TCM group. Conclusion: Zine supplement and deferrum can enhance the effect of TCM against DHBV.
