| 摘 要： | 目的观察几种抗点燃药物对小鼠自主活动的影响。方法用光电法测定抗点燃药物托吡酯、唑尼沙铵、丙戊酸钠、卡马西平、苯妥英钠及尼可地尔用药后6h内各时间点小鼠自主活动敷。结果研究显示托吡酯、唑尼沙铵、丙戊酸钠（P〈0.01）和苯妥英钠（P〈0.05）可以减少小鼠的自主活动次数，而卡马西平及尼可地尔未见此作用。结论抗点燃药物托吡酯、唑尼沙铵、丙戊酸钠、苯妥英钠、卡马西平及尼可地尔时小鼠自发运动的影响不一，其中托吡酯、唑尼沙铵、丙戊酸钠和苯妥英钠有中枢镇静作用，而卡马西平及尼可地尔无此作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of several anti-kindled drugs on the spontaneous activity of mice.METHODS The effects of the anti-kindled drugs such as topiramate,zonisamide,valproate sodium,carbamazepine,phenytoin and nicorandil on the spontaneous activity of mice were observed at each time point within 6 h by photo-cell method.RESULTS Compared with the negative control,topiramate,zonisamide,valproate sodium(P<0.01)and phenytoin(P<0.05) could inhibit the spontaneous activity of the mice.However,carbamazepine and nicorandil have not shown this effect.CONCLUSIONS The effects of the anti-kindled drugs such as topiramate,zonisamide,valproate sodium,phenytoin,carbamazepine and nicorandil on spontaneous activity of mice were different.Some of these drugs such as topiramate,zonisamide,valproate sodium and phenytoin can produce central sedation but carbamazepine and nicorandil can not. |
