局部与全身联合用药治疗慢性宫颈炎临床研究

目的探讨阴道给药与中西药联合口服治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效。方法用复方沙棘籽油栓阴道给药与口服中药妇炎净及西药左氧氟沙星联合用药治疗慢性宫颈炎,1个月为1个疗程。结果轻度宫颈糜烂1个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程及总的治愈率分别为51.1%、48.9%、0%,合计100%;中度宫颈糜烂分别为15.4%、30.8%、50.0%,合计96.2%;重度宫颈糜烂分别为0%、10.0%、15.0%,合计25.0%(P<0.01)。结论复方沙棘籽油栓阴道给药与口服中药妇炎净及西药左氧氟沙星联合用药治疗慢性宫颈炎有显著的疗效。

Clinical study on local and general medication in treatment of chronic cervicitis

Objective To explore the effect of the scheme that medicated vaginal suppository associated with the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods Fufang shajiziyou suppository was used for the treatment of chronic cervicitis as medicated vaginal suppository,associated with traditional Chinese medicine of Fuyanjing and western medicine of levofloxacin.One course of treatment is one month.Results The cure rates of one,two and three months for light cervical erosion were 51.1%,48.9% and 0% respectively;Moderate cervical erosion were 15.4%,30.8% and 50.0%,respectively;severe cervical erosion were 0%,10.0% and 15.0%,respectively.The general cure rates for three degree's were 100%,96.2% and 25.0% respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion Medicated vaginal suppository of Fufang shajiziyou suppository associated with traditional Chinese medicine of Fuyanjing and western medicine of levofloxacin have remarkable curative effects in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.
