| 摘 要： | 目的：观察自拟方降脂I号治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法：将205例高脂血症患者随机分为2组治疗,治疗组124例口服降脂I号,对照组81例口服多烯康,观察治疗前后血脂情况。结果：治疗组治疗后TC、TG、HDL－C下降,总有效率86．29％,远期疗效优于对照组。结论：降脂I号治疗高脂血症有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiangzhi No.I(JZI)for hyperlipemia(HL).Methods:205 cases of HL were allocated randomly to treatment group(124 cases by oral use of JZI) and control group (81 cases by oral use of concentrated fish oil).The blood-lipid before and after treatment were determined.Results:After treatment,TC,TG and LDL were decreased in treatment group.The total effective rate being 86.29%and the long-term effect is superior than that of control group.Conclusion:JZI is effective for the treatment of HL. |
